Shelf Life: Our Fudge and chocolate-topped flapjacks have an 8-week shelf life. Our fruity or cake-topped flapjacks and Bakewell flapjacks have a shelf life of 3 weeks. Our Apple & Blackcurrant are unique, with the shortest shelf-life of 2 weeks.

I was given a box for Christmas and what's not to love about such a delicious and beautifully crafted gift. I recently sent a parcel to a male friend recovering from a knee operation and it was a hit! especially the Bakewell tart ! He said it was one of the nicest gifts he had ever received. So that's Easter sorted out now for the family ! keep up the great work

Flapjack part (bottom one) is not gummy. I like them chewy. And when I tried to microwave them to fix it, it became more crumble than gummy 😞 Still better than what’s in the shops (though shops are often much more gummy) but for what price..
