Please Note: While we endeavour to honour your Chosen Delivery Day, we are at the mercy of our couriers. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions and other factors outside our control (e.g. traffic conditions, breakdowns & technical issues).

* Saturday delivery is only available when orders are placed before mid-day (12 noon) Friday.

** Next Working Day Delivery is only available for orders placed before mid-day (12 noon), Monday to Friday. For orders placed after mid-day (12noon)  they will be dispatched the following working day. For example, when placed after mid-day (12noon) on the Friday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday to arrive the next working day being, Tuesday.

1. How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within three working days after you have ordered. Occasionally, there may be a delay of up to a week in receiving your flapjacks; we will do our best to get in touch in these cases.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines.

2. Can I send to multiple addresses without placing separate orders?

Yes absolutely! We can deliver to multiple addresses per order. On the Checkout page, under 'Review Your Order', click the 'Send to Alternative Address' button, select or add your 'Alternative Address' and click 'Update'. You will receive an email to confirm. Please make sure to double-check that your addresses and postcodes are correct.

3. Can I order for a specific date or special event in advance?

You can select your delivery date if you wish your order to arrive on a specific date. On the Checkout page, under 'Review Your Order, simply click Select Delivery Date, choose your date from the calendar and click Save Delivery Date. We will make sure your flapjacks are dispatched in time to arrive on the date you have selected. When a Monday date is selected, we will dispatch the Friday before; on rare occasions, DX will deliver on the Saturday if they are running ahead of schedule.

4. If I order for a specific date in advance, will my flapjacks be fresh?

When you select a delivery date in advance, we will keep your order to one side. We will then get your order ready on the day they are dispatched and ready to arrive on the date you have selected. They will be just as fresh as if you had placed the order a few days before. :)

5. How do I qualify for Free Delivery?

We offer free delivery for orders over £75.00; this will automatically be applied. Unfortunately, we can not offer free delivery on an order amounting to £75.00 but for multiple addresses.

6. How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email, we will include relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel with DX.

7. Will I need to sign for my order?

All DX deliveries will be tracked, and although not signed for at present, they will take a photo of the delivery at the address. DX will attempt the delivery twice; if they are unable to deliver, you may be able to collect from a local pick-up shop, or they will send your parcel back to us.

Please include a mobile phone number (updates will not be provided to a landline) AND email address for the recipient or yourself to receive delivery updates. If you do not, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries, as giving our courier a way to reach you is vital for a successful delivery.

8. Special delivery instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the 'special instructions' section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

10. How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

11. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your flapjacks arrive damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by email at; we will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases, we will ask you to send us a photograph and a description of the damage.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
