Please Note: While we endeavour to honour your Chosen Delivery Day, we are at the mercy of our couriers. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions and other factors outside our control (e.g. traffic conditions, breakdowns & technical issues).
* Saturday delivery is only available when orders are placed before mid-day (12 noon) Friday.
** Next Working Day Delivery is only available for orders placed before mid-day (12 noon), Monday to Friday. For orders placed after mid-day (12noon) they will be dispatched the following working day. For example, when placed after mid-day (12noon) on the Friday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday to arrive the next working day being, Tuesday.
*** We will call you when your order is ready to be collected from our bakery in Tavistock. You can also contact us on 01822 258008.
Please note our Bakery working days are Monday to Friday; we are closed over the weekend.

Delivery FAQ
1. How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Occasionally, there may be a delay of up to a week; if this happens, we’ll get in touch. You’ll receive a notification email when your order has been dispatched. Delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout.
2. Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?
Yes! On the Checkout page, under ‘Review Your Order’, click the ‘Send to Alternative Address’ button, select or add an address, and click ‘Update’. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check all addresses and postcodes to avoid delays.
3. Can I order for a specific date or special event in advance?
Absolutely. On the Checkout page under ‘Review Your Order’, click ‘Select Delivery Date’, choose your preferred date, and click ‘Confirm’. We’ll ensure your flapjacks are dispatched to arrive on that date.
4. Will my flapjacks still be fresh if I select a future delivery date?
Yes! We keep advance orders aside until the day they are prepared and dispatched, so they’ll be just as fresh as if you had ordered a few days beforehand.
5. How much is delivery?
Delivery is now included into the price of every box, making every order better value with no surprises at checkout.
6. Do I get a discount if I order multiple boxes to the same address?
Yes! When you order more than one box to the same address, you’ll save £5 on each extra box:

8. Who delivers my flapjacks?
We now use DPD for all deliveries. Your order will be tracked and you’ll receive a photo of the delivery. DPD will attempt delivery twice; if unsuccessful, your parcel may be collected from a local pick-up shop or returned to us.
10. Will I need to sign for my order?
No signature is required. However, please provide a mobile number and email for delivery updates. Without these, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries.
11. Can I give special delivery instructions?
Yes, include any instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbour) in the ‘Special Instructions’ section at checkout. Couriers will not follow notes left on doors.
12. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your DPD tracking link, allowing you to track your parcel.
13. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your flapjacks arrive damaged, email boxorders@flapjackery.co.uk with a photo and description of the damage. Do not return the order without contacting us first.
14. How carefully is my order packaged?
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your flapjacks arrive safely, using materials appropriate for size, weight, and fragility.
