Gluten-free, handmade luxury Devon Flapjacks. We take the humble (gluten-free) oat and raise it to a luxury level by adding top quality ingredients and a dash of madness to create our range of outstanding Devon flapjacks. Same recipe but now using only gluten-free ingredients to produce outstanding interesting flavours in huge chunky pieces. We also have a range suitable for vegans and lactose intolerant. We use British oats, locally sourced West Country butter and fairtrade brown sugar, some of the reasons our flapjacks taste so good.
Whilst we aren't on the government list of places that should close, closing is clearly the best thing for the wellbeing of our staff, customers and communities, so that's what we've done.
Our bakery has already stopped baking and we have just finished packing excess stock to take to Devon & Cornwall Food Action and have shut the website (Any online orders placed from this date will not be processed).
We are still able to monitor emails, so If you have any queries or require any information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We thank you for your business, support and understanding, and we wish you all the best during these uncertain times. We look forward to your custom on our return and will keep you updated as to when we start baking again.
From all the team at Flapjackery
In our Devonshire kitchen on the edge of Dartmoor we create our fabulous range of eccentric Flapjackery flapjacks flavours from the traditional to salted caramel brownie, apple and blackcurrant or clotted cream fudge all now gluten-free. We sell to you direct from events and shows around the UK and via our online shop.
We are Carol and Sally, two passionate cooks with a mutual love of flapjacks; never finding one to love or even like, we decided to try and raise this much abused food to its rightful status of delicious sweet snack bursting with flavour and energy.
