Not a fan of traditional Christmas pudding? You’re not alone. Carol, Flapjackery’s co-founder, certainly wasn’t! As a child, her mum made her a festive alternative, keeping all the Christmas cheer but without suet or pudding texture. Today, this chocolate Christmas pudding is a firm favourite in our festive range.
We crumble our flapjacks and combine them with brandy- and sherry-soaked vine fruits, juicy cranberries, candied orange peel, honeycomb, toasted oats, and generous chunks of dark Belgian chocolate. The result is a pudding layered with flavour – fruity, chocolatey, and unmistakably festive.
Each one is finished with a topping of creamy white chocolate and a glacé cherry, echoing the look of a classic Christmas pudding while adding our playful, modern twist.

Moist and soft covered in thick chocolate. You’d never know it was gluten free …… but perhaps it’s not for sharing !
