Our delicious Apple & Blackcurrant Flapjacks are handmade in Devon with only the finest locally sourced ingredients. We have taken the perfect combination of plump, juicy blackcurrants and sharp, tangy apples and sandwiched it between our buttery flapjack base.
We have then finished this deliciously fruity and moist flapjack with a generous yoghurt topping and blackcurrant swirl for decoration. This award-winning flapjack is the perfect indulgent treat, and with gift wrapping available, this would also be a wonderful gift for any flapjack fan.

Flapjack filled with apple and blackcurrant, finished with a yoghurt-tasting top and blackcurrant-flavoured swirl.
Ingredients: Flapjack base (Gluten Free OATflakes, Salted BUTTER, Inverted Sugar Syrup, Light Brown Sugar). White Compound Heat Treated YOGHURT Powder (Sugar, Vegetable Fat (Palm Kernel), MILK Sugar, YOGHURT Powder, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin). Apple and blackcurrant filling (Granulated Sugar, Bramley apple puree, Bramley apple diced, blackcurrants, water, pectin). Blackcurrant topping (5.58%) (granulated sugar, blackcurrants, water, pectin).
