Packed with vine fruits and mixed peel, paired with apricot compote and warming spices, it’s a rich and well-balanced flapjack with a subtle hint of almond for a traditional simnel finish.
Handmade in Devon and gluten-free, this limited edition bake is ideal for Easter sharing, gifting or enjoying with a cup of tea. A nostalgic flavour, reworked the Flapjackery way.

However, as living breathing humans we don’t work 24/7 - our bakery is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be able to reach us within these hours on 01822 258008.
Gluten Free OATflakes, salted BUTTER, inverted sugar syrup (golden syrup, sugarcane syrup), light brown sugar. Mixed vine fruit (sultanas, raisins, currants, vegetable oil). Mixed peel (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, citric acid (E330)). Mixed spice (cassia cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, cloves, nutmeg). Cake layer (28.9%) (Gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, MAIZE, buckwheat), caster sugar, salted BUTTER, EGGS, ALMOND essence, ground and flaked ALMONDS). Apricot jam (granulated sugar, fresh apricots, water, dried apricots (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), lemon juice, pectin).

This was well packaged and as described, generous layer of marzipan running through. Would recommend as something a bit different but not my personal favourite out of the eight
