Good value with the birthday offer. Not so happy with the delivery arrangements. Both this time and on my previous order the parcel arrived a day earlier than the date requested. Both times I had asked it to be left in a named safe place. Last time it was left with a neighbour that I hardly know and this time it was left on the door step. This is not acceptable as it sat there a long time and it could have rained and it was in full view of the road.

So many vareties and everyone fantastic. A must if you are looking for a special treat for a friend or a family member.

Best flapjacks, so many different flavours. Brilliant that you have gluten free too. Probably just as well there are no stores where i live or I would be in all the time. Took them into work, everyone said how lovely they were and asking for website details..

Quick service, well boxed, easy to use website. Need to do more occasional offers like this - would buy more often but postage makes it too expensive

My flapjacks were delivered ahead of time. I was kept informed by email. I was thrilled with the packaging, everything was so secure.

We were so excited when the parcel arrived. The flapjacks perfectly wrapped with accompanying letter and description of each one. Can’t write anymore, to busy deciding which one we share next! Delicious

The flapjacks were bought as a gift as we’d had them previously. Unfortunately the packaging was badly damaged and damaged some of the jacks which spoilt the gift

We placed this order with you for a friend's birthday present. We received a phone call the Saturday before the delivery was due stating that the box had been damaged in transit. We agreed that we would like a replacement sent and the kind lady in customer services told us that the order would be sent out again on Monday on a next day delivery for Tuesday. On the couriers tracking app the box was out for delivery on Tuesday but details later in the day had been updated advising that the parcel had been received at the depot and that delivery details would be advised when available for Wednesday. Although the parcel was finally delivered Wednesday morning the couriers information was misleading and a disappointing reflection upon your excellent product. It is therefore unlikely we would order again from you due to the poor courier service that was received.
