Postage is quite expensive but arrived on day and time stated
The ordering process was easy with confirmation of order and dispatch. Packaging was nice and simple and everything was nicely presented.

Marvellous and efficient
Only had the flapjacks whilst on holidays down south so was really looking forward to a home delivery. Picked create your own 8 flavour box due to allergy and taste preference with 2 wk notice for delivery date. Box arrived on time but to our disappointment 3 flavours were substituted, was gutted as allergic to one and didn't like another, was gutted. No email was received informing or asking us for our preference, the substitutes were selected for us. I emailed to complain and was told as a good will gesture they would send the original flavours requested which arrived the next day. This has put us off orderering again for home delivery, a simple email could have avoided the disappointment and having to complain. The flapjacks themselves were amazing as usual, specially the treacle, fudge and bakewell, can't comment on the subs as they went in the bin due to allergy and not liking flavour sent.
Brought these as a gift for a friend's 40th Birthday and they went down an absolute treat. Ordering and delivery were spot on. No issues at all. Great!
