I sent a box of selection of flavours to my grand daughters as they live 300 miles from me. They were delighted & thought it was a delicious treat.

Bought this for my stepson for his birthday as his favourite flavour & dessert. When he opened them his 27 year old face lit up!! He's since visited & admitted they were eaten within 2 days and were delicious. He was so sad that there's none left!! I advised him either to start baking or to purchase some from Flapjackery.
Arrived on date selected, safe and sound only negative is they get eaten so quickly and supposed to be for coeliac family members…but others find them so delicious- had to order extras 🤣
Bought for the family and we have,sadly, finally eaten the last of this excellent selection. We shared each piece so we could sample every flavour of flapjack and have enjoyed every one. Excellent delivery service.
We tried to order online for collection in store. The website asked us to select the store to collect the items from but then only gave one option. We think it should be possible to collect from any store. We had a voucher and it would be good if these could be used in store and not just online. I had to call customer services to sort this issue out and they were very helpful and arranged to get the product that we wanted to us.
Website really easy to navigate around and find your perfect flapjack order. Items well packaged and fast delivery. Good communication once order placed aswell.

I tried Flapjacks in your store in Bath. Loved them so ordered box’s to be sent to my brothers for Christmas. Both loved them.
Although I had arranged for delivery on 23rd December it did not arrive before Christmas Day but it did appear several days afterwards. It was very well received and devoured several days later. Excellent flapjacks in so many different flavours to suit every taste. I would certainly recommend them.

Fab product, expensive delivery, not delivered on correct day and no opportunity to write a message to receiver, so they don’t know who the product is from.
