The site is easy to use and the ordering process is pretty simple. Most importantly, my order (which was a gift) arrived on time and the products themselves are super tasty!
The products are soft and enjoyable. BUT Does it have to be so sweet. appears to have much more sugar than needed and i have to watch sugar so would prefer a lot less. When i ordered i was offered a discount but could not get the code to work. signed up for newsletter to get 10% off but it did not work i contacted office but was never refunded so i paid £56 as a xmas gift. i wont be buying again. IF THE OFFICE HAD SORTED MY DISCOUNT AND REFUNDED I WOULD BE BUYING NOW.
Both items received as per expected times and in perfect condition. The requested wrapped one was excellent. Great product. Not that anything will be left but possibly highlight more the "Use By" date.

Have always bought Flapjackery goods in the past from the local Market (Weston EatFest or Bath Xmas Market) and first time using the website. I bought these flapjacks as a gift so I can't review the flavour (Bet they're as good as the rest) but I'm really impressed that I could pick a delivery date! Was worried if I left it too late I would miss Christmas. But was really happy I could pre-order in November to be delivered mid-December
