I spent £36 on 8 flapjacks (plus p+p), as my wife has always loved these and it was our anniversary. But the flapjacks were really dry and nowhere near the standard we have had before, plus the price was shocking. The only reason I gave a 2 star was the delivery was on time and well packaged.
Arrived quickly in very good condition and I was kept informed every step of the way.
The website was super easy to navigate, with a varied selection of products available, As soon as the order was placed I received an email confirmation, which kept me updated of the progress of my order, which was handy as this was a surprise gift. It arrived well packaged and in a timely manner, the recipient was delighted with the Flapjack tower as it had a good mix of flavours I would 100 percent recommend using this company

I’ve bought Flapjackery flapjacks several times from local agricultural shows over the years and they’ve always been amazing. I ordered a box of 8 online a couple of weeks ago and was left disappointed, they were dry and crumbled apart. I hope this is not representative of the quality now as they used to be excellent

The flapjacks were great as always. I bought them for my coeliac girlfriend who needs to eat gluten free food. However, she shared them with me, not coeliac and I really enjoyed them too. Normal delivery was 3 days which was a bit slower than I thought it might be, but they arrived just in time for her birthday.
