Delivery delayed twice (should have arrived on Tuesday, didn't arrive until Thursday) but when this gift did arrive, recipient (my son) said they tasted lovely.

I asked for next working day delivery, paid extra for it but it arrived the day after the next day (ordered on Saturday for next day which would have been Tuesday but arrived late on Wednesday). But product is deffo worth waiting for.

The service was very good and arrived on the day specified. The only thing I would say is that you could have more variety of flapjacks in your pre-set boxes. You do lots of lovely fruity ones that are perfect for summer but the vast majority of flapjacks in your set boxes are chocolate based.
