Only criticism is the very inconsistent yoghurt coating on the white chocolate and raspberry ones. Some covered but most with a criss-cross of a tiny drizzle.

I'm a bit of an awkward person and reaching out to any customer service with queries about a product often feels like a daunting experience but Flapjackery's Mandy Maxwell replied to my email with kindness, professionally, and promptly. I've always had a pleasant experience when contacting Flapjackery as they make me feel as if my sometimes difficult and weird ramblings are never too much for them to handle.

So as a proper critic i am and recently told due to ongoing stomach issues i am Gluten intolerant & also being a huge flapjack fan i thought i would try this company after some research, i have to say they are incredible & with the wacky toppings on some make them all that but more special. In fact they are gorgeous & now i can have a treat with no reaction afterwards making them all the more delicious. Delivery is so quick also plus you can freeze them, not that they have seen much daylight in my possession ;)
My husband loves flapjacks but since being gluten intolerant doesn't trust eating out or takeaways at all. But having a sweet tooth and loving the odd snack I thought I'd buy him some of these flapjacks for his birthday as a surprise. The box was very heavy and the flapjacks looked really pretty when he opened the box. He is really pleased and loves the choice of flavours and the taste. They are a little expensive but are an amazing looking treat delivered to the door that he enjoys. Definitely worth it.
Order arrived quicker than expected, good selection of flavours and more importantly I can eat them (other flapjack companies use plant based ingredients which I cannot eat due to allergies)
Better than expected, great service
Ordered nearly a week in advance and was surprised to find that two of my ordered flapjacks had been substituted for the Traditional. I understand substitutions may happen when stock is not available and a warning isn't always possible due to how busy everyone must be but I still would have appreciated a heads up and/or the option to choose my own preferred replacements. Everything was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed as always so a perfect rating is still well earned.

I sent flapjacks as a present to my brother in Derbyshire. I put the order through the Bath shop on a Saturday and was told delivery took 5 days when my brother’s birthday was on the Tuesday. It arrived on his birthday!! In his Thank You email he questioned how I managed it when first class mail to his address usually takes 5 days!! Well Done, Flapjackery!
My 1st purchase from Flapjackery was a gift to a friend who had just come out of hospital. I wanted my order delivering on a Friday so paid extra for next day delivery, unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver the item until the Monday. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and dealt with the issue very professionally. The flapjacks were greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. Give they a try I don't think you'll be disappointed
