Latest order received (Mothers Day) that I order knowing that they'll be shared ! Originally received the wrong box (smaller box). Flapjackery were straight on it and the larger box was delivered quickly (still on time for Mother's Day)

The service from this company is second to none! There was a slight issue with the delivery company (not to the fault of flapjackery) but they sorted the issue and kept me informed!
All was great apart from the delivery was 2 days late. DPD did keep me updated but unfortunately missed my friends birthday. I advised customer service and they apologised and compensated which was what I wanted.

I’m not actually vegan but I can’t eat dairy so sadly no butter allowed in my flapjack. These are lovely & I can thoroughly recommend them.
I first tried these at the NEC show and decided to try some more. They are huge individual flapjacks that can last all day. Well worth the cost.
Purchased a couple of boxes for a colleague away day in the Peaks. Everyone raved about how delicious the flapjacks were, we have a colleague who is Coeliac and they really appreciated that all of the flapjacks were gluten free. I would 100% order again for future events. Thank you!

Have purchased from your Minehead shop a couple of times and always great especially as my partner is gluten intolerant. We had a voucher for Xmas so was great to use it online. It’s great that you can freeze them too
