All credit to Flapjackery. They taste great - particularly the apple and blackcurrant. Their website order process is simple and straightforward. Finally, or nearly, they're packed well and then to complete the loop their delivery partner gets the flapjacks to you sooner than you'd imagine. What's not to like?

The site was easy to use - we found lots of choices - excellent customer service (we did ask a question) & our order arrived on time. Unfortunately the box was damged on arrival (no doubt due to the weight). Perhaps wrap the box in bubble wrap? - the contents inside were well wrapped. Products as described. Some were so crumbly we gave up & ate with ice cream, others were fine. This maybe due to the type or transit. Ice cream with the ones affected proved fab anyway! Would use again although perhaps not pick such a heavy product.

All lovely flavours, but they did all fall apart a bit to easily and you were left the topping and crumbs.
