I ordered a box of my favourites to our address when I was on holiday and thought there might be a delay as the cottage was tucked out of the way. But no, the courier was with us by 11am on my chosen day. Perfect!

good selection, easy to purchase

Totally love these flapjacks! I was looking for a present to add to my husband’s Birthday treats and saw these advertised online. I ordered a selection and he just LOVED them! We all did! They are great quality, crumbly and very moreish! I will certainly be reordering. The added bonus is that they are gluten free. I know the oats are, but all the fillings/toppings are too. This makes it a real treat when you have coeliacs in the family, as we do. Well done Flapjackery!

Good website and good customer service.

Good value with the birthday offer. Not so happy with the delivery arrangements. Both this time and on my previous order the parcel arrived a day earlier than the date requested. Both times I had asked it to be left in a named safe place. Last time it was left with a neighbour that I hardly know and this time it was left on the door step. This is not acceptable as it sat there a long time and it could have rained and it was in full view of the road.

So many vareties and everyone fantastic. A must if you are looking for a special treat for a friend or a family member.

Best flapjacks, so many different flavours. Brilliant that you have gluten free too. Probably just as well there are no stores where i live or I would be in all the time. Took them into work, everyone said how lovely they were and asking for website details..

Quick service, well boxed, easy to use website. Need to do more occasional offers like this - would buy more often but postage makes it too expensive

My flapjacks were delivered ahead of time. I was kept informed by email. I was thrilled with the packaging, everything was so secure.

We were so excited when the parcel arrived. The flapjacks perfectly wrapped with accompanying letter and description of each one. Can’t write anymore, to busy deciding which one we share next! Delicious

Amazing quality-taste-value

The flapjacks were bought as a gift as we’d had them previously. Unfortunately the packaging was badly damaged and damaged some of the jacks which spoilt the gift
