Friendly service that are more than happy to answer any and all of my mundane questions. It really feels like I'm talking with a member of the family in a kitchen. The website layout is colourful, informative, and easy to navigate. From browsing to checkout, I know exactly what I'm getting, when, and why. I also find the prices are more than fair considering the size and quality of the flapjacks (a single bar will serve 2-3 very grateful people quite easily.) All this, and the little extras they've done to support our NHS) adds up to an excellent service that I am proud to support and brag about to my friends.
Loved all of the flavours. ❤️ And I was able to send a box to my daughter as a lockdown treat as she’s gluten free-so we all got to enjoy them together. Fast and efficient service. Thank you flapjackery ?

First time ordering these and really enjoyed them. Loved the chocolate boxes you had at Christmas.
Unfortunately Flapjackery failed on this front - one of the flapjacks wasn't as described (was missing icing) - despite pointing this out via an email to enquiries (twice) there has been no response, which I find rather disappointing. While the UPS delivery service is clearly one of the best services for delivery, I do also begrudge having to pay £6.50 to have a box of 6 flapjacks delivered.
Easy to order and flapjacks arrived in good time for Valentine's Day. So good to have a full range of gluten free flavours to choose from.
