The flapjack when it eventually got to my friend was well received. The only problem was the delivery service who left the parcel by the front gate, I had to ask my friend if she could get someone to go to the gate which is at the end of the drive on a road. When I shared this with you I heard nothing back which I was disappointed with.
I mucked up my order without knowing and they were great as phoned me up. Superb flapjacks too and speedily delivered.
Nothing was too much trouble. Service above and beyond. Amazing flapjacks too-especially the Bakewell… yum!

As is the case whenever I have had some of these, the fact that they can be frozen is unnecessary - they had no trouble eating ahead the best before date!

Our second order..more than met expectations. We were fortunate to stumble across Flapjackery on our summer holiday & to be able to have them delivered to us for a treat is wonderful . One of the family if gluten intolerant, so we always choose flapjackety on that basis (as well as the wonderfully tasting products & delivery care).. Will be ordering again in a few months time 😁
I placed the order as a gift & forgot to change the delivery address. Not a problem - I sent an email to Flapjackery and it was changed and delivered to the correct address.
