Flapjackery are the best flapjacks to buy. I always buyy cousins these for Christmas When they received them she said Christmas can now begin. Her sister in law had a choice between flapjackery or puddings. She said flapjackery please.
Flapjacks are fantastic, excellent for coeliacs or people with a gluten allergy, much better than some of the ones in supermarkets.

Due to the unavailability of Small Christmas Puddings I was contacted and asked if I would be happy with 2 x Mediums and 1 x Large or I could cancel the order. I was happy with the offer
Never tried these before but thought I would give them a go as my Daughter was visiting (she is also a Coeliac). They were like Tiffin, very nice and very filling. Would buy these again. Be warned, they are hard to cut :) I should also add that Flapjackery contacted me to advise they had run out of small Puddings and offered me a Large and 2 Mediums which was fine by me. This was actually better value for me as they added up to more than 640g
