The product themselves were fabulous. My mother was very happy with them. Unfortunately for myself I paid a very expensive delivery after selecting the cheaper option but then selecting a date I'd like them to be delivered. I see where my error was as i selected a weekend day (mothering sunday) however it wasn't made clear that by selecting a date could alter the cost of delivery. However i accept that was my error or not reading through closely enough. But what was a real shame is that after this the gift box was delivered a day early. Not a total disaster but a little irritating having paid the £15 postage for a specific day. Like i say the product itself was fabulous, I just me more cautious ordering in the future
Ordered for my sons birthday. They are his favourite flapjacks. So tasty and brilliant that they are gluten free. Have just seen the Easter flapjacks so will be ordering them too!
I treated myself to the mothers day box and was very happy with the choice of delicious flavours and the size of the flapjacks they are yummy.

Order placed 7th Feb in readiness for being delivered before Valentine's Day. Order arrived 15th Feb! Too late! £6.50 for next day delivery - what a joke. Was assured it would be looked into but despite chasing, no contact since and not even the slightest hint of a postage refund.

I bought these for my mum for Mother’s Day. It was delivered on time on the day I had requested and I was able to track my order until it was delivered. They were definitely much bigger pieces of flapjack than I expected which was amazing! She’s currently eaten three and has said they have all been delicious. Would definitely recommend and buy again!
