Very pleased with my flapjacks. They taste delicious. They are a good size - I cut them in two and have half at a time.
Paid £6.50 for the courier to deliver on the recipient’s birthday. Courier delivered 4 days after. I emailed flapjackery twice and no response. Your products are expensive which I can live with but not when your customer service is cheap.

I asked for it to say Happy 50th Birthday but it arrived saying Happy Birthday which was a shame.
I did ask is it could say Happy 50th Birthday, but unfortunately it arrived with just Happy Birthday, which was a shame.
