I've been purchasing a "Create Your Own Flapjack Box"every month for a little while now and I still love it. I'll finish eating one of these buttery, delicately chewy flapjacks and immediately crave another one. Each and every one of their flavours are of exceptional quality which allows me to rotate my selection every month without concern as I know I won't be disappointed.
Excellent service both online and in-person. I live in South Wales which means my closest stockist is the Flapjackery store in Bath: Oli is great and he's reason enough to make the 1+ hours drive to stock up on my favourite treats but the extra range of flavours available to me online are just too tempting. I would die happy if Flapjackery opened a permanent premises here in South Wales for me to collect my monthly order in person and experience the winning 5 star live service I've come to known from this beloved team closer to home.
I first came across the flapjack at food stalls at various shows and have made online orders in the past. Maybe it was just a not as good batch, but they used to be more moist. They box of flapjack we received was quite dry and not as tasty as we have had in the past. I was a bit disappointed given the quality for price, especially compared to previous times.
These came very promptly. They are indeed giant flapjacks. The ingredients say they are gluten free which is a bonus, we had the original ones, peanut and Bakewell. They were all very good but for us the best were the original and Bakewell. The peanut ones weren’t that rich in flavour. But good value for money in our view

I spent £36 on 8 flapjacks (plus p+p), as my wife has always loved these and it was our anniversary. But the flapjacks were really dry and nowhere near the standard we have had before, plus the price was shocking. The only reason I gave a 2 star was the delivery was on time and well packaged.
Arrived quickly in very good condition and I was kept informed every step of the way.

The website was super easy to navigate, with a varied selection of products available, As soon as the order was placed I received an email confirmation, which kept me updated of the progress of my order, which was handy as this was a surprise gift. It arrived well packaged and in a timely manner, the recipient was delighted with the Flapjack tower as it had a good mix of flavours I would 100 percent recommend using this company

I’ve bought Flapjackery flapjacks several times from local agricultural shows over the years and they’ve always been amazing. I ordered a box of 8 online a couple of weeks ago and was left disappointed, they were dry and crumbled apart. I hope this is not representative of the quality now as they used to be excellent
