Have always bought Flapjackery goods in the past from the local Market (Weston EatFest or Bath Xmas Market) and first time using the website. I bought these flapjacks as a gift so I can't review the flavour (Bet they're as good as the rest) but I'm really impressed that I could pick a delivery date! Was worried if I left it too late I would miss Christmas. But was really happy I could pre-order in November to be delivered mid-December

You'd think that the product quality would slide over the busy Christmas period but I feel this month's order may have been the best one yet; each of my six Flapjacks have been flawless in size, texture, and (most importantly) taste. A very Merry Christmas to everyone at Flapjackery and a big thank you for bringing so much joy to my taste buds this year
Another 'round of top notch service despite the busy Christmas period. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived safely once again. I will, sadly, be highlighting a slight disappointment I've had with there customer service this time around: In the build-up to placing my monthly order; I contacted the Customer Support team asking for more detailed information regarding what Flapjackery has listed as simply "Vine Fruits" in the ingredients as I have IBS and am unable to comfortably digest certain ones. I reached out via email a couple of times (perhaps twice or thrice, altogether) in as many weeks but didn't receive a reply to any of my emails; not even a simple "we don't know". This isn't enough to sour my expectations & experiences with the brand by any means but it was, as I said, a little disappointing.
I loved being able to pick each flavour according to our tastes, my partner also loved them! After ordering the delivery was very quick and came delivered in a cute presentation box. Efficient, cute, and delicious.

Good delivery but limited opportunities to mix and match the Christmas options
