I was diagnosed as a coeliac decades ago and, over the years, have been delighted to discover new GF products as the world discovered the gluten-free diet. I'm currently going through chemotherapy which means that appetite and diet are very random. I suddenly fancied some flapjacks and rather than try and make them myself, a but beyond me right now as I spend a lot of time on my bed, I decided to find some online and am thrilled to have discovered Flapjackery! My first selection of three giant apple and blackcurrant flapjacks arrived promptly and, as anticipated, they are substantial and delicious and everything you could possibly want in a flapjack. I will be buying again!

Ordered the vegan chocolate flapjacks. On the face of it, they seemed fairly pricy, but in reality each individual flapjack is far bigger than the norm, so the value is actually good - you get a lot of high-end flapjack for your money. It's a pity these are being discontinued (I believe) as they were delicious - not at all drenched in syrup unlike most commercially-produced flapjacks. Recommended.
