This was bought as a present so unable to comment on product personally but I am reliably informed that it was delivered well packaged and tasted as amazing as the Flapjackery products from our local store
Delivery was prompt, exactly as specified and in excellent condition having been very well wrapped in a film jacket and attractive tissue and in a secure strong box, Ideal for a gift sent direct to receiver. I shall be doing this for Christmas
Not my favourite of the choices I ordered but definitely was a wholesome taste of mince pies. There is no skimping with any of these flapjacks as the portions are large.
So nice to have a selection to try. We had a box of 6 and I shared them equally with my husband. Will definitely buy again and next Spring we will be visiting the Tavistock shop when visiting the area.
Really delicious chocolates split between milk choc, dark choc and caramel which were my favourites. I will buy again.
but my order arrived a day later! Fast, easy and efficient order system and well-packaged product, The customer service is second to none. Very apologetic on problem with delivery, though it was no fault of their own. Can’t wait to sample goods and reorder. Giving as Xmas presents. The Somerset store is amazing and well worth a visit!

Really delicious flapjacks, good packaging, make a great present to send to someone. Make sure you set the delivery address though - I accidentally had the first box delivered to me (I mean I'm not complaining because it was yummy, but I felt like a muppet).
