The delivery was prompt and easy however, I received the box with some damage. One of the flapjacks was broken because the box had been damaged in transit. It was a gift for someone and it just looked a little messy. I did contact yourselves through the contact page on the website and explained that I had photos to send if needed, but no one got back to me and so I had to give the gift to my partner in the condition it arrived in. The flapjacks do look delicious though!

So I never actually got to see the flapjacks before they were devoured. However I'm told that they were beautifully wrapped and my brother-in-law liked them! I wish someone would buy them for me :D
